Shipping Information

Shipping charges are applied to all invoices. We recommend adding these charges to your customers’ orders. Charges are based on:
- Weight/Dimension
- Destination
- Shipping Method
- Drop Ship
- Residential vs. Commercial – Your carrier may deem your address residential (in which an additional charge will apply)
We will ship ground unless otherwise requested or not available at that destination. If speed of delivery is important to your customers, you can recommend using an expedited one or two-day shipping method. Please specify your street address. Only the United States Postal Service will deliver to a post office box.
Please note: If your customer’s order has gone through our Estimating Department, flat rate ground shipping does not apply.
Drop Shipments/Direct Shipments
Shipments may be sent directly to your customer.
- Fill out the “Direct Shipment to Customer” information box.
- Put your name and address in the dealer section of the order form. The invoice will be mailed to you.
- If you are a C.O.D account with Carlson Craft, your orders cannot be shipped directly to your customer unless the order is pre-paid by credit card.
Shipment of Matches
To comply with the Department of Transportation shipping regulations, Carlson Craft match orders can only ship safely within the United States via ground or air method. The outside shipping container must be marked on the outside as to the contents (indicated with a white sticker).
